Mr. Cameron has extensive experience and knowledge in business development, strategy, acquisitions and divestitures as well as corporate restructurings. He is a former Senior Investment Banker and held senior positions at leading Canadian and International Investment Banks including Canaccord Genuity, Orion Securities and Macquarie. He currently is the Managing Director of Colby Capital Limited, a private merchant bank in Toronto. Mr. Cameron has over two decades of high-level experience in the capital markets, serving on numerous public and private company boards from startups to seasoned public companies.

Mr. Perkins is a Professional Geologist with wide-ranging experience in planning and executing mineral exploration programs and managing exploration teams. He brings a proven track record in uranium exploration that includes significant results. During his three-decade career, Trevor has fulfilled roles as Exploration Manager, UEX Corporation, Vice President, Exploration, Cameco Mongolia, District Geologist – Europe and Asia, Cameco Corporation, Senior Geologist, Rio Tinto Senior Project Geologist, Cameco Australia, and Project Geologist, Cameco Corporation in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan. As Project Geologist for the McArthur River project, he led a team that discovered the McArthur River North Extension zones and as Senior Project Geologist for Cameco Australia, led a team that discovered the Angulari Uranium Deposit. Most recently Mr. Perkins was a technical advisor for the company and is currently the Vice President, Exploration for Azincourt Energy Corp.

Mr. Klenman is an experienced junior mining executive whose career spans over 30 years in the private and public sectors, with an emphasis on business development, finance, marketing, and corporate communications. He has over a decade of uranium-specific experience in the capital markets including consulting roles with Forum Uranium and others, and subsequently as CEO and director of Azincourt Energy Corp, a position he has held since 2017. During his tenure at Azincourt he has raised more than $18 million for grassroots uranium exploration in the Basin and has been successful in establishing relationships with institutional investors and funds across Canada, the USA, Australia, and Europe.

Tony Wonnacott is a corporate securities lawyer based in Toronto, Ontario with over 25 years of experience. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and holds a B.Comm. (cum laude) from Saint Mary’s University and an LL.B. from Dalhousie University. He began his career at a major Toronto law firm in the banking and securities field before moving to work as a legal consultant to a number of companies, primarily in the mining and resource industry. As a consultant, officer and director of several of these companies, Mr. Wonnacott has been involved with the successful listings of private companies, the outright sale of a company for approximately $750 million and capital raisings in excess of $1 billion.

Accomplished engineer with decades of experience in the nuclear industry. He possesses a high level of understanding of where the industry is going and the contacts to allow the Company to position itself to benefit.

Serial entrepreneur and seasoned veteran of the capital markets. As a significant shareholder of Terra, he brings extensive expertise to help steer the Company forward.

Jon Li brings more than 20 years of finance experience with speciality in mining, technology and financial service industry. As the Vice President of WD Numeric, a full-service accounting firm that provides financial and support services for both public and private companies, Jon leads ongoing process improvement efforts, conducts quality control reviews of client files, and provides CFO services to a portfolio of clients. Prior to WD Numeric, Jon was the Financial Controller at Strategic Pricing Management Group (SPMG) and was responsible for managing all financial activities of the company including set-up and maintenance of general ledger accounting system, budgeting, forecasting, cash management and financial reporting. Jon is a CPA (US & Canada) and holds an MBA with concentration in Accounting.
